Holy Spirit

The LORD is really pouring out His spirit all over the world and you cannot miss the revivals going through different towns all over the world. This is all wonderful and amazing, many believe it has to do with end times.  I won’t be digging through my own thoughts of end times, but I will be digging through what does it mean if the Holy Spirit is missing from your life.

This weekend we will be celebrating Pentecost at church and as I worked through my notes I realize that many Christians sit in church every Sunday, but they have not felt the life changing touch of the Holy Spirit.

Acts 2:1-4 NKJV
When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Its makes me want to cry, there are many Christians that do not know the Holy spirit and they are missing out. Saddest part is they sit in church every Sunday bored out of their minds, or merely watching the "show" on the pulpit. Many reasons can pop to mind why they allow themselves to miss out and just drag through the service. Are we so numb that we do not search for more? I pray that the LORD just leads Christians , I pray that churches are to be revived with the Holy spirit.

There is light, more and more churches are popping up that is Holy spirit driven and can I please have a massive Hallelujah, Thank You LORD.  If you do not feel the Holy spirit in your church I would say, please rethink why you are there.  Pray about the matter, really seek answers.  Without the Holy Spirit church are only buildings people go to every Sunday to ease their conscious.  It is like a TV that is not plugged in, it is DEAD. 

I can truly say as a child I never felt the Holy spirit, looking back I was guided by Him through my gifting but I did not know it was Him, I did not understand or know I was given certain spiritual gifts.  I had all these weird things going on in my mind and the church was not able to give me answers, so I decided to go look for answers elsewhere.  OOO bad news, bad,  bad news, if a child with a calling and an anointing on their lives start looking for answers outside of the church the devil is sure to stick his nasty head out somewhere.  The enemy will send people your way with the “same weirdness”, they will talk your talk and understand your dreams.  Do you think the devil comes only with a red face and horns? That once anointed child, once gifted child will fall pray to the dark forces…….. shame on us for letting that happen.  Shame on us as the Body of Christ for making our anointed children feel like weirdo’s and outcasts.   The Holy spirit imparts gifts, and we should really evaluate how we will run the body of Christ if these gifts start showing up.

If you have the Holy spirit in your church, the Holy spirit will guide and help you to protect the gifting on the LORD’s children’s lives.  It is up to us as the Body to work together to build the church and not make anyone feel like an outcast.

Back to Pentecostal weekend, o praise God for His overflow of the Holy spirit.  What happens if the Holy Spirit comes on you?  O it is glorious, He fills you from the tip of your toes and overflow you that you cannot contain yourself anymore and you will find your spiritual tongue and then your amazing journey begins. Signs, wonders and miracles can become every day life.  This is only for some people the sceptics would say, or the religious will say this is not something for today.  I say please stop shunning something you do not understand or that you have not experienced.  Will we also dare call Jesus a liar when he said we will do even greater things than He did????

John 14:12

Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.

I don’t know about you, but I want to see these things done in the Name of Jesus.

I am so excited about the journey God is taking me on and a Godly given life and journey is not just for some it is for all believers.

People are dying and going to hell daily do you want to wear the Christian badge but never tell anyone about Jesus.  Spreading the Gospel in these dark days it is our job, nothing else matters more than leading God’s sheep to Him.  Allow the Holy Spirit to impart you with Spiritual gifts and get out there and live a life worth the blood of Jesus.
